Hotel with pool and chill out areas

Great pool and common areas. Room cleaned and had tv and all mod cons.

Staff could be better prepared for tourist questions. 10 minute walk to city centre. Comfortable stay overall. Airport bus connection unclear.

Very good

Pleasant comfortable modern hotel with pool

Nice pool and common areas, bar. Modern, I fussy but Clean room with tv. Good bathroom and daily clean. Air con. Access to water fountain. Secure, can only access rooms with swipe in lift. Nice areas to read and hang out downstairs.

10-15 minute walk to main centre part of La Rochelle. Information could be more accessible at reception regarding common trips, transport, tourist info etc.

Good sized comfortable room. Good size of shower with good pressure

The view of the car park. The only curtain was a black out one which was good for night time but it could have done with a net one for privacy while still letting some light in. A kettle would be a good addition

Hotel was good but taxi not arriving to take us to airport and lack of informationre bus not good.

Breakfast was very good. Room was small but very clean and very good value if you want a single room on your own.

Some staff at the reception desk were not good to communicate at all. I felt they did not make a great effort ...we were tourists in their country after all. One more mature lady we met on day of departure was excellent. The taxi situation was a disaster and staff were not up to date at all on where the bus stop was for the airport .. very poor and would put us off of going again as we nearly missed our flight.

Great hotel, clean and modern. Decent price !

Lovely hotel, very modern, very clean. Rooms are lovely modern, well air conditioned and ours had a nice balcony. Bathroom was very nice, good shower - good temperature.

Nothing really. I had no complaints.

Beautiful quite clean hotel but no atmosphere

Most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Mattress, sheets, pillows everything was incredibly comfortable. Blew my expectations out of the park! Location is a short 7-8min stroll from the centre of La Rochelle. Hotel was incredibly clean, modern and spacious.

There was no atmosphere in the hotel. The hotel was full when I stayed there but you would have thought it was empty as the design of the hotel doesn't facilitate socialising which is a shame. The hotel was clearly designed by an architect the way it was designed, layout and decor as it's not "inviting" which is a shame. Swimming pool has glass all around in, and again, doesn't scream that it is overly welcoming. Some guest I met said it was closed when it actual fact it was open but again, the way it is designed, doesn't have many people using it even though it was 32 degrees every day whilst I was there.
