Overall a nice getaway - not too far from Marrakech - the reception staff could use lessons in customer relations and re

Nice layout - decent rooms - good was pretty good for buffet style - restaurant and bar staff were nice

The reception staff were very abrasive - almost didnt care - I sent numerous messages and called several times before arriving and got no response at all. Not everything is included and they dont tell you at check out but rather expect you to read the book in the room. Also if the pools could be a little heated that would be amazing

A gem we will visit again and again

I recently had a delightful stay at this hotel with my husband, and the impeccable service truly stood out. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. As someone with Coeliac, I was impressed by the chef's daily commitment to personally guide me through the buffet, ensuring a wide array of delicious gluten-free options. The culinary experience was outstanding, showcasing a diverse and mouthwatering selection. Without a doubt, we couldn't find a fault in our stay. We're eagerly looking forward to returning soon for another wonderful experience

Couldnt bathe for 2 days AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE-

Overall, the facility is aesthetically pleasing

Their customer service rep Yassine is utterly and remarkably unprofessional cold inconsiderate, and does not even deserve a job. I told him I needed a sponge. / wash cloth to take a shower.. With an attitude he actually told me to just bathe tomorrow! I was not provided a simple sponge so that I can take a bath on December 14 or December 15!!! The food is bland, and completely tasteless. I had to resort to having a bowl of cereal for breakfast, because nothing else there taste decent. And for dinner, their pizza was marginally palatable. This is NOT A 5 STAR RESORT. My room was cold. The heater didnt sufficiently warm the room and its December so it was freezing outside. The customer service is HORRIBLE! The food is disgusting. I didnt have a sponge a bathrobe or slippers in my room and when I requested these things they flat out told me no wait until tomorrow. I was checking out the next day so tomorrow would never come. That means the last two days I was in this resort, they would not accommodate the ability to take a shower!! I would never in life stay at this hotel again not even if it was free! thats how disgusting their customer service is. that alone is reason enough to avoid this place at all cost

The perfect relaxation holiday!

Such a beautiful hotel. Definitely planning to come back. A few pros are: - super friendly and welcoming staff. They seemed to know quite a few customers (probably repeat customers) - amazing food. There are only two restaurants in the hotel, one of which is buffet only and I was worried wed get tired of the food. But 4 days spent and this did not happen at all. The variety of the buffet was amazing. And the food was SO SO good. - comfy rooms. The layout of the hotel is great, quite short and long, so the rooms are relatively far away from the restaurants and bars. This means you can have sweet sleep with minimal noise. The rooms also have comfy beds and massive bathrooms. We had two sinks, a shower AND a separate bath. - the spa is to die for. I got the hammam treatment and a hot stone massage. 10/10 relaxation. - good variety of drinks. They didnt have my favourite cocktail (margaritas) but they had a good range of drinks + wine and beer. - a genuine all inclusive with no catches or tricks. - well equipped gym with free weights and machines.

We really had to think hard to come up with these but here are some things to bear in mind - not a lot of walking area. My partner and I like to go on walks after dinner and so we appreciate hotels by the beach. This hotel is fairly small so the walking potential is limited. But this is fine for a short holiday. And you can always leave the hotel and go into the city. - WiFi is a bit poor. I only noticed when I tried to FaceTime my sisters. Its fine for other uses (but streaming movies may be a bit slow).
