    Absolute perfectionan oasis of beauty and comfort with impeccable staff. Truly magical.
    This is a truly heavenly place: an oasis of beauty and comfort. The pictures dont do justice to the gorgeousness of the hotel. Everywhere you look there are lovely touches that make this place extra special: petals in the fountains, scented oils, ornamental plantings. I dont think Ive ever stayed anywhere with such attentive, warm and professional staff, all of whom seem happy. Nothing was too much trouble for them, from making up a fire in our sitting room when the weather got a little chilly, to making restaurant reservations and advising on the souk. The spa is excellent, and the hammam well worth a try. Breakfasts are magnificent, with great range including eggs made to order, home-made yoghurt and Moroccan pancakes, and as much freshly squeezed orange juice as you can drink. Dinner is equally wonderful, and the cosy snug with its fire and leather chairs a perfect spot to enjoy a nightcap after supper. Thank you to all the staff for a truly magical stay.

    Hard to find fault, but if I had to pick something, I would say the lack of plug sockets by the bed was mildly annoying, and the shower very lowanyone over 5ft has to crouch.

    Beautiful stunning hotel with poorly trained waiters and scarce of food at breakfast.
    Beautiful hotel-felt like home! Great location. Very clean and cosy, traditional style, tranquil peaceful with many water features, super comfortable bed-i had the best sleap ever! Stunning! Within close proximity to the heart of Marrakech and busy markets. Beautiful breakfast room with real fire place!
    A glass of orange juice per person and if you want more-bring your own oranges! -We were not quite empressed about the way a waiter replied when we asked for an extra jar of an orange juice. Oranges must be very expensive in Marrakech! It felt like when you ask for something extra -it was not liked-and waiters pretended as not heard you, followed by giving you a funny look for the rest of your stay! Overall the breakfast was not European continental-nor English-nor Asian-nor Arabian-and not even north African: -a bit scarce and more of a prescriptional with a very limited choice. -lots of accents on breads with breads. -quality of Olive oil did not empress us at all either. -not much choice; We think it was a traditional Moroccan breakfast however with a very limited choices, as if hotel is on the budget. -For waiter(s) attitude towards service we would give 2* stars; -For Breakfast quality it's a generous 3* stars.

    Very rarely in my long experience in hospitality have I seen the level of perfection achieved by the team in Dar Rhizlane, I can't thank them enough for the fabulous service provided by them. I was convinced I was in heaven while staying with them. Thank you all in Dar Rhizlane
    I really didn't like that I couldn't fault them on anything. The food, accommodation, and service were perfect
