THIS IS A LOVELY LOCATION YOU CERTAINLY DONT GET THE SERVICE YOU PAY FOR A COUPLE OF THE STAFF VERY UNPLEASNT

LOVELY LOCATION AIRPORT PICK UP VERY GOOD 95% OF THE STAFF ARE WONDERFUL UNFORTUNATELY A FEW THAT SPOIL IT AND YOU ALWAYS REMEMBER THE BAD ONES

I ASKED IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO HAVE A PLAIN EGG SANDWICH AS THERE WAS NOTHING ON THE MENU I WAS ABLE TO EAT I WAS TOLD IT WASNT POSSIBLE!! I DONT BELIEVE A HOTEL CANT BOIL EN EGG

Impeccable service and outstanding views!

Impeccable service. Right from the airport pickup to the champagne welcome drink to the amazing hospitality during our stay. Breakfast was outstanding! Since we were a honeymoon couple, we got a room with an amazing view of the infinity pool and the beach, as well as a complimentary bottle. If youre staying at the Hamilton Island, you must stay here for a couple of nights with your partner.

We had to fill water ourselves from the common area.

Way over priced for what it is.

The location was conveniently located. The food in town was good and IGA is awesome.

It was over priced for what it was. Claims to be a non smoking premises but probably 50% of the guests smoked anywhere they felt like and when you are trying to get fresh air into your bedroom you were forced to shut your glass doors!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Beach Club, we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time at Beach Club. The moment we arrived we felt relaxed and looked after. The staff were very attentive. The evening turn down service was something special, that we weren't expecting. The best thing about our room was the view to the beach. Listening to the waves at night time was wonderful.

The pillows could have been better, and the bed was two king singles put together. A king bed would have been nice.
