    Guests at Palm Bungalows on Hamilton Island appreciated the spacious, well-presented rooms with great views of the beach. The location was praised for its proximity to the pool and beach, as well as (Read More)the peaceful and secluded atmosphere. Many enjoyed interacting with the friendly kangaroos on the property. The resort also offers lovely walking paths, a playground for kids, and a beautiful natural setting with plenty of wildlife.

    Upon checking into our bungalows, we found that both bungalows had ants crawling around the whole kitchenette area, as well as the windowsills, bathrooms, and even on my bed

    Clean and cool. Perfect for 2.
    Clean with great aircon. The room is basic but functional and very much enjoyed the hammock swinging outside!
    Poorly designed shower meant a wet bathroom floor but other than that, a great little place.

    The look of the place the wildlife roaming and the bungalow
    The food thought not enough variety or simple food and to expensive. No interaction by the staff they just did there job and that's it not like other islands like example fiji where the staff are always friendly and interacting with the guest

    Nice location in a quiet area of the resort Private terrace, didnt feel overlooked - loved the hammock and gardens and the wallabies on the grass out front Great shower pressure, big bathroom Air con was amazing, always kept super cool inside
    Check-in couldve been smoother; neighbouring Reef View hotel was super busy and noisy - dont think the benefits listed of the bungalows and hotel being connected were benefits at all really! Also lost a pair of bikini bottoms that I think mustve got swept up in towels for washing by the cleaning team (had left them hanging on a rail in the bathroom) never found!

    Overall nice, modern property & great location! Could have been a bit cleaner though!
    great location, super close to main pool & catseye beach! Room was nice & fairly modern. Had a small kitchenette with electric stove which was good.
    Not very clean. Floor was pretty filthy. Kitchen cabinets/ draws didnt look like theyd been wiped. Was there for a week & would have been nice to have the floors vacuumed half way through, we did what we could with a broom. Aircon filters also needed a clean.

    Escape to wonderful memories and much better than a hotel.
    Easy walking distance to the marina. Wallabies at our doorstep and the magical sounds of the tropical birds reminded me that we were far away from home. The staff was very professional and courteous.
    Its a bit pricey.
