    This place was amazing!
    The staff was exceptional. We had plenty of towels and toilet paper. It was beautiful. The store, restaurant, and mini mart next door made it really nice.
    The curfew was stupid.

    Kind personal and great front desk clerk.They lack to fulfill our request for end unit
    Comfortable mattresses.
    We asked two three months in advance before our stay for end unit knowing from our last visit that noisy neighbors are a problem. Staffing did not grant our request. We got disappointed with this. Very easy transfer of noise from noisy neighbors. Very thin walls between units. Would like to complain about this noise and very disappointed from the people checking in to this property.It seems like the people are without any Education and they are very disrespectful and rude.

    room size , staff is excellent, town (three stores around are so nice and people there are really friendly), everyone tried to make it feel like a family: hotel gave us a Christmas presents (gift cards to the nearest store), cafe treated us with free coffee at Christmas Day,

    The staff and accommodations were both very nice. The facility is taken care of and clean. Enjoyed the grocery store, hardware store and cafe on the property.
    The courtyard was closed due to the snow. The Eiffel tower is in the pictures on the Web site but it is actually on private property.

    It was super cute, still kept the Bavarian vibe even though it was about 20 mins outside of Leavenworth. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and plates. The best part was that you could barely hear the neighbors in the rooms right next door. The front desk staff was super friendly and made check-in a breeze.
    The beds were a bit uncomfortable, not horrible. There was no housekeeping during the stay.

    Customer service of desk and facilities staff was first rate. They were kind and anticipated our needs very well. The accommodations were beautiful and yet warm and homey. We will be back next year!
