We will be back, the lodge fits the town.
We thought this property was adorable. It was right in the center of everything. The beds were comfortable and we loved the rustic lodge ascetic. We contacted staff once about check in and was immediately helped. We stayed in room 11

Customer service is terrible. This is a second time we stayed at this lodging because of the great location. But this time when we checked in at 5pm, our room door was wide open, room was freezing code with fan on. I contacted the customer service, their reason was that the room was ready at 4pm but the staffs were doing a final check.
1. If you told us the check in time is 4pm, then EVERYTHING should be done by 4pm including final checks. A freezing room with fan on door open is not considered as ready.
2. It wont hurt you to apologize to your customers when this happened. The customer service person doesnt know how to apologize

Great cozy place right in the center of the town. The room is clean and the host gave very detailed instructions. Will definitely stay here again
The lightbulb that was used throughout the room makes the room too hot. Although that would be great for winter season but it would be nice if the room is a bit cooler

Really unfortunate. The advertisement was misleading. The poor accommodation really ruined our vac
The room was very small. There was 20 inches from the bed to wall on each side. We could hear entire conversations from our neighbors due to thin walls. The shower was so small we actually decided to wait until we got home to shower. The sink for the bathroom is in the bedroom for less privacy.
This room should never be sold as a stay without another attached. It really needs updating.

Warm stay.
The property is perfect for couples! Even though we avail the shared bath, it was still clean and easy to use. It was good timing also that theres no other people using it. Heater is good! Amenities and everything is good. Super close to everything! Easy check ins and out. Theres a microwave also!
