    It was a lovely relaxing break, which we hope to replicate in the near future.
    The location was fantastic, situated between Bowness and Windermere. It was quiet as it was set back off the main Road, The staff were extremely welcoming and treated us as family. The breakfast was exceptional. It had a homely feel and very relaxing. We will be returning,

    Lovely warm welcome. Beautiful B&B with all the comforts of home. Bed so comfortable, spotlessly clean and Catherine made us feel so welcome. Lovely home cooked breakfast. Excellent location, definitely be coming back.

    Definitely not a 4 star guest house/ advertised as a hotel.
    Location.
    It's not 4 star as advertised so very disappointed. Would not return and will think again before booking through yoursrlves. Mould on en suite ceiling. Fan dripping water on your head. Not great selection for breakfast.
