Our new favorite hotel for family time

Everything is excellent about this hotel. Very warm & welcoming people work there. Viviane at reception was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Restaurant Belvedere serves really good food and staff is just fantastic, we especially were pampered by Mr. Cipriano Carta. Our child so much loved the resto, that we did not even look for alternative dining options. This hotel is very friendly for families with kids - everybody from the staff tries to inspire kids to be comfortable, eat well, have fun The swimming pool is big and well managed , and the warm outdoor bubbly pool is super fun even in cold weather. The location is perfect to get to any ski area - both for kids and for adults - the public busses to all popular destinations are just few steps away from the hotel. Hotel is well decorated - aesthetic pleasure to wonder around it. Room was large with very comfortable beds.
