We had a lovely and welcoming stay in Edinburgh. The staff here are all lovely and very helpful with recommendations on what to do and see as well as transport. The breakfast each morning was amazing, with a wide range of choices and delicious food. Will highly recommend this B&B to everyone I know visiting Edinburgh.

Perfect and comfortable

Quiet end of the road so minimal noise. Close to convenience stores and restaurants. The room was adequate with shower room, the bed was very comfortable. What made my room for me was that I could open the window right out as I cannot sleep without fresh air flowing. Breakfast was wonderful very tasty and filling.

Amazing weekend stay

The location of the guest house was fabulous (particularly for a wedding we were attending in St Mary's Cathedral). Close to a huge shopping center with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. The hosts were so accommodating and made our stay just perfect. From dropping luggage off early, to booking taxis, ensuring our large party were seated together at breakfast to keeping luggage at the end of our stay. Breakfast was amazing and the chats with Ollie during this time made it a very personable experience where he showed he genuinely cared for and took interest in his guests. Wouldn't hesitate to return to this fabulous B&B if we venture to Edinburgh again. Thank you for the perfect weekend!

Clean and tidy room. Owner and staff were friendly. Lovely comfortable Super king bed.

Only one chair in the room. The room was small hence the reason for only one chair. This is not a complaint just an observation.
