    Staff all polite and very helpful, great location, comfy beds
    Was spacious and very clean
    The only con would be the shared toilets/showers. However they were always clean and it didnt bother us having to share.

    The receptionists are great. They are very friendly and seem to genuinely be welcoming and helpful. The location and proximity to town centre and station is also great.
    The room could have been cleaner. (Lots of long black hairs in clump in bath, bedroom carpet obviously not vacuumed). Bedding seemed to smell damp.
