Perfect place to stay for visiting Exeter but parking difficult!

Room was furnished in a contemporary style at the front of the hotel overlooking the car park with a lovely en-suite & shower. There were coffee making facilities & TV. It was in a great location for walking into the centre of Exeter. Breakfast was excellent, good choice from a buffet table & hot food cooked to order.

Parking was a nightmare. The car park was full & expensive! In the end, we parked a little way away & walked back.

Warm welcome, excellent location - easy walk from train station and minutes from city centre. Excellent value for money, amazing breakfast - would always choose here if visiting Exeter again

Ok, central, quiet hotel.

Easy hotel to get to after work. Staff are friendly.

I had a leak in the ceiling (weather was torrential rain) so I had to swap beds (twin room). I did place waste paper basket with a towel under the leak. It was late so I didn't report it until the morning.
