Guests loved their stay at St Andrews Hotel, praising the friendly and welcoming staff, clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed, and tasty English breakfast. Room 3 overlooks a busy road, caus (Read More)ing some noise, but earplugs were provided. The location is within a comfortable walking distance to the main high street. Check-in was quick, service fantastic, and breakfast tasty with a variety of options. One minor suggestion was for slightly crispier eggs. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Was great to have the breakfast included with the price. Was a lovely breakfast to set you up for the day all done perfectly. And staff were around to help if needed

Good value and great location

Really good location, close to Quay and City centre. Great that the hotel has free on-site parking, that's a rare find in Exeter!

The noise in the evening. Other guest were quite loud. One man was complaining at reception at 10pm, very inconsiderate of others that were trying to sleep after a long day traveling

Very good

Pleasant stay near Exeter city

It was comfortable and the location was very good for us. Great to have parking onsite. Staff were pleasant and accommodating with our vegan diet.

Decent for a cheap sort stay

Affordable and close to the main city. Blinds were very good at blocking out light.

Breakfast was disappointing, most of it seemed microwaved. Bathroom was very small. No fridge, and no safe in the room. No elevator to bring up luggage. Main road outside which was very noisy at all hours. No drinking glasses in the room just strange paper takeaway cups.

Great for getting into Exeter, surrounded by local amenities, lovely room and great value for money.

The location was fantastic, just set back from the main road into Exeter and a short walk from a train station. We were able to head into town, find great restaurants and complete the trip with ease. The room was nice and clean. The parking was great. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The value for money is truly fantastic. It isn't trying to be anything more than it is and delivers brilliantly on it all.

We had a superior room but that didn't come with a bath just a shower with a slightly awkward on/off system. I always prefer a bath when in a hotel but that's my preference. They've clearly maximised the space available with the shower design and made up for the small bathroom with a mix of natural light and a great mirror light too.
