Recommended for anyone looking a place to stay in hanoi old quarter

I stayed for 3 days with my family, ordered 2 rooms. and it was a pleasant stay. The staff from the doorman, receptionist, restaurant staff , front desk all are super friendly. The rooms, toilets are all great and clean. The hotel is situated right in old quarter, but it is in quiet lane, so it is not noisy at all. Many places are within walking distance such as the hanoi cathedral, michelin star pho 10 and sante restauran is just few steps away,the train street is just behind the hotel. One of the staff: on Duy Tng has been oustanding in making our stay pleasant. He has this whole list of place we can go and food to try. He also help us when our daughter left her bag in grab taxi. Overall, looking forward to stay in this hotel, should i visit hanoi again

Loved staying here. We had a small problem with the shower, which they fixed right away and were very sorry about.

Very nice location and a nice room. The people were nice and very helpful. The breakfast was one of the best breakfast buffets we had in Vietnam - a lot to choose from, fresh and clean.

Exceptional Service, Alice in particular. The standard of the service provided far exceeds the other hotels I stayed in while in Vietnam. Great location - on a quiet street near all the action.
