Superb

A great place to stay if location is important with all the amenities you need at a reasonable price.

The location was just perfect, a little removed from the noisy party streets but right in the heart of the city and close to Hoan Kiem Lake. We loved our Paon suite which was spacious and well appointed. It had very comfortable beds and the hotel breakfast was wonderful. The rooftop views were stunning and the staff were very friendly and efficient.

There wasnt always adequate hot water, the pool was too cold to use and the 3 person room with window was tiny and had no views apart from a wall and into another apartment. Id book the Paon suite again, but probably not the more basic rooms.

Great location

Access to breakfast would be difficult/impossible for anyone with knee or mobility issues. Room smelt a bit damp. Also my room was the emergency exit for everyone. Lucky wasn't needed
