    very easy place to get to, this could be just the room i stayed in i do not no
    the size of the room
    you could here some noise witch is to be extetted but all the floor squeaked so when some one is walking around the noise travelled through the walls,( not brick ) and the middel light hummed when on

    Location is good and secure car park
    Hotel has gone downhill and in need of a complete refurbishment. Rooms very tired and tatty. There was nothing superior about the superior room. It overlooked the back and a noisy extractor fan for the kitchen was positioned right below the window. Witnessed staff and owners having an argument in the bar. Such a shame because you used to get a great welcome and staff were friendly. Not anymore

    Nice place to stay. Lovely restaurant facilities with nice helpful staff.
    Fairly close to where I was visiting. Easy to find. Great parking. Easy check in.

    Exceeded expectations. Basic, but everything a hotel should be; friendly staff, good food, warm and welcoming
    I arrived late after long day hiking. On the edge of a housing estate, the hotel didnt look much! Very quiet and no one on reception. But the young female staff member was very helpful. The hotel inside was bright, clean and warm. The room was basic but perfectly comfortable and warm. I didnt really want to go out to look for food so ate at the hotel restaurant. I was on my own but that was fine. The food exceeded my expectations! Just what I needed after long day trekking! Gammon steak followed by treacle sponge! Very happy!
    There was an annoying continuous water noise outside my room like a cistern being continuously filled!

    the stay was good and very comfortable.
    room was very nice and clean, evening meals was very good and enjoyable.
    very bad reception on tv, didnt book breakfast as it always included in the booking, and much to early for us aswell 7 till 8.30.
