    Great value for money. 30% cheaper than 1 of the popular chains.
    Beautiful house with lots of character. Situated a couple of mins from town (up hill if arriving). Very clean, quirky and I had a very relaxing short stay.
    Location was good, house had character and didn't feel like you were staying in a hotel, guest house or rather like at a friends.

    We couldn't asked for a better place to stay, warming studio with very comfy bed and the view from our windows were amazing. There's plenty of shops/pubs within 10min walk from James place. We forgot to thank you for the lovely Wales cakes James. We certainly coming back!!! It was perfect! Highly recommended. Thank you so much James& family.

    Lovely and comfortable studio that ticks all the boxes
    Location was great with lovely pubs and bars within walking distance. The view from the bedroom window was lovely too. The bed was so comfy and the whole accommodation was just right, warm and clean. Walsh cakes and some milk was a nice touch. Very good communication.
    Nothing as we liked everything about the place. Such a good find. We completely understand why but a little later checkout would have been nice like 11am instead of 10am.
