All the facilities & the quirkiness , cakes left milk and items from our dog was a welcome touch You can appreciate theres thought gone into welcoming guests very nice

Superb

Close to beautiful walks and waterfalls

James' Place is very close to some beautiful walks and the recommended drive and pubs were wonderful! Absolutely stunning waterfalls. We were visiting family in the valleys so the property location was ideal. We didn't go into Merthyr tydvil too much, so I can't really comment on it. It seems very industrial and not at all pretty but there are lots of handy shops and the countryside close by is lovely. The staff we met were really lovely.

I wasn't keen on what I saw of Merthyr Tydfil but as I said previously it is close to gorgeous countryside and there were lots of shops from what I saw- to pick up grocery's and other bits and bobs.There are two or three takeaway places within a few years and a convenience store but we went to m&s for a bigger shop which was a short drive away.
