    The location was great - easy to get to - close to food and the Blue Ridge Parkway, etc. The bed was comfortable and the price was great for the area. We loved the soap tub in our room.
    We came to town early and asked to check in, but they were still cleaning rooms - no big deal. We came back at 3:30 and our room still wasn't ready and we were asked to come back later. Once we got checked in, we found that the television didn't work. We called the desk, and he came to fiddle with it but was unable to get it working. We were not offered a different room or money off of the room. We did notify them of this again at chrvk out.

    If I have occasion to visit Asheville again, I will be staying at this Best Western.
    I definitely was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the breakfasts facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay at this Best Western again!
