    Lovely Room for a Lovely Event
    Excellent facility, sparkling clean. Check in was easy and my receptionist was delightful. Check out with a breeze as well. I did not feel stressed or as if I overpaid for my accommodations at all. I stayed in a king suite with my friend as well as my cat. They gave us a little placard for the door to warn housekeeping that there was an animal in the room and to not let them out. I also told them that I wouldn't need housekeeping while I was there, but I really appreciated the extra step to ensure the safety of my cat. I did not partake in breakfast but they had a wonderful breakfast area. They also had snacks and amenities for purchase so I didn't need to go out when I realized I left my toothbrush at home. I felt really secure because all other doors other than the reception area require a keycard to enter, so nobody without a keycard can get into the property unawares. When utilizing Uber, it was really easy for them to pick us up and drop us off at the entrance of the building. The location is absolute perfection. Only a few minutes drive from downtown. Highly recommend.

    It was very enjoyable.
    We had free breakfast, snacks, water, and soft drinks. It was very quiet. We had a living g room kitchen bedroom and bathroom. It was very close to the biltmore.

    everything was super clean, very friendly staff, breakfast is 10/10 We are a family of four with two girls who enjoyed the pool, you will find beautiful views 13 minutes from the hotel, you can also explore the Nature Center zoo, your kids will love it, the hotel rooms are very clean, and let me tell you something else you can bring . Your dog was simply perfect for me since our little dog always went with us everywhere.

    This is a perfect hotel well located to go to any tourist destination in the mountains, the Biltmore house is super close, restaurants around Olive Garden are spectacular. The hotel service is very friendly all the time.
    Everything is spectacular except that the breakfast is a little poor, they should have more variations

    Nice rooms with the small kitchen and good breakfast.
    Nice rooms, friendly staff
    Those carts are a piece of junk. Also new towels everyday. I am not going to hang up my towels to dry on those little hooks. They one dry for one and second other than those hooks there is not where to Hank them. Plus for what you are paying new towels every day are a must.
