Disappointing

Only positive was use of the spa

location and spa facilities

Very ugly and dated decor. Room was freezing on arrival and took ages to heat up. The mattress was very uncomfortable and sagged in the middle so difficult for two people to sleep in it comfortably. Expected breakfast to be included but wasnt.

For 110 pounds for an executive room you would expect it to be in better condition

Polite staff,

Our room was in need of some repair work- wall paper peeling off in places, the bed was so high I had to climb up to get in- (there were two mattresses one on top of the other with one covered with a valance sheet.

Fusty smell. Cost over 200 pounds .Never stay there again.

Smelt awful of fust . All my clothes stunk of fust . All my family in different rooms said the same. My son and his wife refused to stay and booked hotel Opposite Was attending my Granddaughter wedding so could do nothing about it . Came from Spain to daughters in Bournemouth and drove through to Driffield. Price was over 200 pounds which we paid .didn't have time to ask for a rebate. Breakfast was very good but dinning room smelt . My family booked Sunday lunch for 12 of us but canceled because of smell fusty . Mr. Fewster .
