Comfy, quiet and friendly.

The beds are my absolute favorite to stay in. So comfortable! Rooms are always clean. I have stayed multiple times and will continue to stay there. The pool has always been clean and good temp in the summer as well. Breakfast is a good selection and always good.

I slept really well.

The bed was really comfortable. And clean. The bathroom was also exceptionally clean.

That the rates go up only because there was a college football game in town.

We checked out a day early. One of the bed sheets had blood stains. So dirty and nasty. When I talked to the front desk about it she said theres nothing I can do, I can only apologized. Staff not friendly and the hotels is dirty.

Always liked this location but had a bad visit this time

Air conditioner was not working correctly and noisy. Turned it off and it still made noises. Didn't want to move since we were settled it.. finally had to unplug the unit to get noise gone. It was a warm night -- I complained to the management at the front desk on the way out and through an email. NO RESPONSE. We use this location everytime we are in Eugene. Not anymore.
