    Meets the standars you would expect for a Best Western in every way, just exceeded by the lobby personnel which were exceptionally kind with suggestions of stuff to do in the city. Good quality-price ratio.

    For over $300 a night, I was expecting much more! I will pay the higher prices for my safety in the future.
    The hotel was clean but they gave me a smoking room.. I was told that they tried to call me and my number was disconnected but I verified that the number was correct and wasnt disconnected. I was told that it was ionized but it still smelled. I am a smoker but I never smoke indoors! If I could smell it, I would imagine non smokers would smell it bad. I was told because of the football game, they had to change me. Not cool.
    Where do I begin. See above. Also, when I left at 6am, I was approached by the security guard and asked if I had a truck. I said suv. Then I was told by another person that 3 trucks were broken into in the parking lot and when the security guard tried to stop them, they pulled a knife on him. I read in booking.com that this is a safe hotel parking lot. Thats not true. I feel bad for the football fans who cant drive home until they get their smashed window fixed.

    A Great Value for the Money
    The front desk staff (Troy) was extremely friendly and helpful. Our bed and pillows were very comfortable. In fact, I slept the best I ever have in a hotel. The breakfast was hearty and there was a great selection of items including waffles, eggs, bagels, muffins, cereal, juice and hot beverages.
    My only complaint was the parking lot and how difficult it was to find a spot upon arrival.

    Great safe, comfortable place to say in Downtown Buffalo.
    Centrally located, has off street parking, has a decent breakfast.
    I feel it was a bit pricey for what you get- but I guess that is happening all over.

    it was ok, but rooms are very overpriced for what you get
    we really like that is was in walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants.
    the rooms were very dated and the bathrooms were horrible. the shower splashed all over the floors and the bathroom door would stay open.
