Great spot in Chippenham

Good size room and bathroom, comfortable bed

Room was a little warm during night, no controls with in the room to make it cooler, although there was a fan available to use.

Need to clean the bathroom properly especially behind the taps on the bath they are black room 201 Carpet still had food bits not hoovered They also checked out my son a day early when he came back to his room after being in bath all day he couldnt access anything also his room smelt of drains room 304

Unexpected serendipity, great hotel, hope to return.

Visiting friends in the area over Christmas as a solo traveller with dog. Wanted a hotel with car park and ground floor room. Although the hotel was very full the management arranged an easily accessible room for me. That was the essentials covered. To my delight I discovered a beautiful friendly festive welcome. Breakfast was superb. Many return guests - always a good sign. Jonathan the manager oversaw proceedings and happily went the extra mile with special requests.
