Very good

Ideal for work trip. Liked the gym. Expect its pretty lively when horse racing is on

Convenient location. Good gym free for guests. Toy horse with the message from housekeeping is a nice touch

Very poor

Very cold room. I had the receptionist help me with the heat, but only cold air came out. I was so cold in the morning. Also I could hear people living on the floor above me, from the heating shaft. They where up late, so they also keept me up due to the noise of their talking.

Very new so the property is clean and cozy, colorful as an extra

The cleaning service was done badly in my room, I even saw someone elses hair on the floor. Maybe too few customers long run, it looks like a bit dusty in my room.

The hotel was OK in total, except for the breakfast which was not good. I expected something else from a 4-star hotel, the breakfast was comparable to a 3-star hotel at most.

Comfortable, very friendly, would definitely come back!

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We travelled with our dog and everyone was so accommodating. Although dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, we were able to have our breakfast with our dog in the lobby which has good and comfy seating options. Very close to Gothenburg with parking options directly in front of the hotel. Room was also very comfortable with great beds.

Very comfortable beds, nice theme and access to a good gym, reception area has great activities
