    A cozy gem
    We went on a girls trip to winter Sweden and we could not have chosen a better hotel. First of all breakfast was great. One of us is vegan and she was beyond happy with the offer. Another thing is location. Having a boat right in front of the hotel that took us to the center was priceless and it really added up to our whole experience. Also the view from the rooftop jacuzzi was amazing.
    They forget to clean the room and change the towels the first day, even though we asked for it which was not pleasant. But because there were so many good things we weren't too stressed about it.

    Hotel is located in a beautiful area. Great hotel with all you need.
    beautiful location, nice clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

    - nice hot tub and sauna in the wellness area, with a view of Gothenburg - comfy (but soft) bed - friendly and helpful staff - free tea and coffee in the lobby
    - no electrical outlets next to the bed - other hotel guests were very noisy at night

    great friendly, charming and helpful staff; very nice location at northern banks of the river only a quick ferry / bus ride from Gothenburg Central, great neighborhood, nice room with a view over river and city plus balcony. breakfast quality is great. I can absolutely recommend the Q11

    Friendly staff, hotel needs to invest in modernising and cleaning.
    Breakfast: Breakfast offering was quite wide. Room: Run down, with paint peeling off door frames, frail locks at the windows, very loud A/C Cleaniness: It didn't appear super clean. carpets in all the elevators were stained and it was smelly in the all of them. Smelled like wet dog. Restaurant: was located in a near by building. Service was friendly, but the food was not very tasty with a overcooked fish, undercooked brokkoli and a rather fatty sauce.
    Breakfast: you had to book a time slot, which would make you think that it helps with the breakfast operation. turned out: it doesn't. Super crowded, staff doesn't manage to clear the tables that end up being dirty. Room: I had a room with a balcony, which was nice. Location: I was able to take strolls along the water front after work.
