    I was very disappointed on what shouldve been a special NYE party and stay.
    It was clean and easily accessible
    They advertised the NYE dinner experience that was massively exaggerated and overpriced. They offered a NYE party with a champagne, and seafood Buffett with view of the NYE fireworks. Only to find out youd need to pay more to gain access to the Rooftop. The drink wasnt champagne, the selection was limited selection. Presentation was awful, food was fresh.. In summary, poor presentation, exaggerated farce. The staff did their best to allay our disappointment but the planning and management was torrid.

    Amazing stay, will be back for sure.
    Amazing rooms, very good beds & pillows, great selection & quality of drinks in the hotel bar, very nice rooftop spa. Location is not central but still a very interesting neighbourhood and it's not far from center either (10min by bus or you can take a ferry which is a nice experience by itself). Overall a great stay.
    No slippers or bathrobes in the room, though not a big deal personally.

    The hotel is modern with a nice ambiance. The breakfast is really great. The rooms are nice and the bed is comfortable. The shower was excellent.
    There is no place to work. Most hotels have a business area with a shared desk or table to be able to work at. Here there are no desks in the rooms and no shared desk space. On the third floor there is a long counter with chairs overlooking the lobby, but no place to plug in.

    average stay, looking at the amount we paid at hotel stay, we obviously had high expectations.
    not good value for money, the hotel did not had a microwave which we needed to warm up the baby food and milk.

    The Breakfast first class plenty of choice variety nicely displayed too . Having a cafe latte machine at your disposal. The reception dmstaff all the young ladies were absolutely a delight efficent helpful a day so.polite . So friendly to our dog all but one member of staff that worked behind the bar and in charge you clearly felt she is not a dog lover or pet friendly!!
    The pillows and not having any food available on Christmas Eve /Day 24th need to sort something out as everywhere closed ?!!!
