Friendly staff

Noise from other rooms. Small bed. Didnt prepare two duvets for our stay. Toilet wasnt flushed and filled with dirt. Breakfast was okay, nice gluten free selection. No caffeine free teas, no hot drinks for pregnant women at all. Not even upon asking, apparently caffein free teas are not common in Sweden weve been told. Value for the money was not justified. Okay three star hotel, not four at all.

Nice price, good location

Breakfast is ok. Not rich selection but already good enough. The location is good, not far from Liseberg, but also very quiet area. The price is quite competitive.

The room is not clean, there's small bugs running on the floor.

Comfortable stay with great breakfast

We spent 3 very leisurely days here. I loved the fact that the staff were very friendly and tried to assist us (even gave a heater as the room was getting cold and we were staying with a kid). You can have daily cleaning free of charge but you have to ask for it - I consider it a great move towards reducing wastage. But the high point of the stay is of course their breakfast - simply excellent! Loved the breakfast room overlooking the garden and the street, we were there in fall and they were putting up skeletons and pumpkins. Would love to stay here again.

We were staying in the family room, wish it were a bit more spacious.
