    Breakfast was good, healthy and had variety. Rooms were clean, facilities were good. Swimming pool was good. Location was just great, just next to Nordstan mall. Was helpful to spend evenings in Winter. McDonald's and Kebab were open past midnight.
    I should have enquired earlier about the parking. The parking space is a dedicated one for Scandic inside the Nordstan mall's parking space. For someone new to Gothenburg, driving around between these trams and going a couple of circles to park for the first time was difficult. Valet parking would have been great atleast for the first time. For someone new, prebook your parking space with Scandic, park your car in dedicated place in 6th floor inside Nordstan's parking space.

    Ok, but passive aggressive staff and breakfast ended earlier
    The breakfast was limited compared to other hotels in the area and the passive aggressive staff took away the breakfast 30 minutes early several days in a row, leaving us trying to take what was left before they took it purposefully. I definitely do not recommend for late risers and breakfast enthusiasts.

    It was quite well equipped. Extra heaters and blankets would be provided if needed.
    The room wasn't well-cleaned. Housekeepers would get into the room without asking for permission if you didn't lock the door.

    Location is amazing. I asked for a room with a bathtub and indeed the hotel fulfilled my request. I used the gym, pool and sauna and was very happy with those.

    Overall good hotel. My experience could have been better if staff at the front desk were courteous
    Breakfast was very good. Location was great as well - connectivity, shopping and convenience.
    Staff at the front desk were not courteous. They were not willing to give me a final receipt at checkout as I booked through booking.com.
