    Great location. Breakfast was good. Clean room and friendly staff.
    Bed is too soft for my personal preference. Would appreciate if toothbrush and slippers are provided.

    Very comfortable bed and good products from Rituals.
    A lot of noise from the room above and the bathtub leaked water so after 10 min you had to refill it.

    The friendliness of the staffs. The cleanliness of the rooms and the breakfast was a variety of choices. The restaurant was A+ excellent service and the atmosphere was perfect/classic and professionally attended too.There was a waitress named Malin. I must say she was on point with her service ,she made us feel so welcome and she attended to our our every need professionally. 10/10

    Breakfast was excellent, many tasteful options. Room was also great, very clean with a nice design and Rituals shower products. Location is perfect since you have the tram and the train station right in front of the hotel.
