    The location is great! Really close to the airport shuttle bus stop and close enough to the city center to walk almost everywhere. Several museums nearby and some good bars. They also have an amazing continental breakfast with a huge variety of products, and a perfectly slow cooked creamy omelet (if I can call it omelet, It had a flan texture).
    I accepted paying more than average so we could use the hotel structure and in the end we didn't. The lobby is quite small and the conference area seemed to be closed. We couldn't find the gym and pool. There were no signs for it when they had a lot of signs for the conference area. You need to book the sauna in advance. The TV has only 10 channels, only one news channel in English and all the rest in Swedish.

    Room facing Lorensbergsteatern with the beautiful Christmas lights from Liseberg. Excellent bed and quiet room. Breakfast was great with everything you need. Daytime reception staff was great.
    I paid 800 Swedish kronor for my dog but didn't get anything for the money, unusual. Due to train problems I checked in close to midnight very tired and the night portier seemed tired as well. He wasn't especially service minded. The work desk in the room was very small and the chair was extremely uncomfortable to use for three full working days.

    The room was not very well heated at night; some minor reparations / better maintenance are required. The big bed ended up being two twin beds put together.

    Fantastic place with a free sauna and an amazing breakfast!
    The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were a lovely size and the bed was very comfy. There is a free spa (small pool, sauna and steam room) that you just ask for a 1 hour slot at the reception and they give you a key. The breakfast was honestly the best spread I have ever tried, so many different food options and it was all very tasty.
