    Friendly hotel in the midst of Turin.
    We enjoyed the stay. Location is nesxt to the railway station. We were 3 adults sharing a regular size room - not much room left - but it worked for us. Room was nice and clean. Nice breakfast and lobby area. Breakfast was really good. The hotel looked after our luggage at no additional costs.

    Not worthy of its 4 stars.
    We changed rooms after first night and that was a 4 star experience. Spa bath was a treat. Room was quieter. Good location to station.
    The first room we were given was tiny and not anything like the photos. Air conditioning was not working so room was stuffy. We were told to open windows but opened onto to street and 4am trams woke us. I complained and we were moved to a better room.

    The breakfast was the best at this hotel
    Breakfast was great an better than you usually can expect at this grade of hotel in Italy
    I didi not get what I booked: room with view to inner courtyard. First room was on 1st floor directly facing the loud street, torn wallpapers and strange smell. I complaint and wanted to have the booked room with inner courtyard view. The just gave me a room on 4th floor, facing again the street. I had no time late evening to change again, we went out for dinner. There was a lot of noice at night Coworkers travelling with me complaint they could not sleep due to noise and vibrations when a train entered the nearby station. The neighbourhood is not very good: beggars and drug dealers around. ROoms are quite small.

    The staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean. The building has his own character. His Soul
    Using spa, sauna - you as hotel guest, have to pay. 30 EUR per 2 hours. My expectation is that in case of 4 star hotel hotel guest has access to sauna for free
