I booked 2 King rooms for single use on Aug. 3rd 2023 for the period of 4 days, from Nov 16th to 20th 2023. and for the total price of 3.660 . Upon arrival at the reception we received the keys of the rooms which did not correspond to the booked rooms specification at all . After we noticed the mistake we went to the reception again where we were explained that they can not change the room as they full and there is no other empty room!!!!! The rooms we got were without bidet, without walk-in shower, the bed was not a king bed but 2 single beds and both rooms were for handicapped people!!! The change of the rooms, as explained later, happened because the guests staying in our rooms wanted to prolong their stay for one more day!!!!!
Furthermore the WiFi connection is less then poor. I complained in written by email to the front office manager (Catarina Manfredi), but without any response to my complain. In my email I attached the screenshots of WIFI speed test that shows 3,77 Mbps in download and 4,76 Mbps in upload. For medical reasons I had to do my therapeutic video workouts every day, what was practically impossible, as video stopped at least once per minute, for 20-30 seconds.
We were the guests in the same hotel in Nov. 2022 (also during Nitto ATP finals) and noticed that the breakfast choice and quality went down (salmon portions were for kids, pineapple and avocado were overripe....).
The temperature in breakfast area was between 18 to 19 degrees Celsius....
On our invoice, first there was no compensation foreseen (although it was promised in a phone call) and after my complain that the room price has to be reduced, the price reduction of 15% was made, what is probably (I did not check) the price of the poor rooms they put us in !!!!
