Disappointing

Horrible customer service

It was nice and easy to get around. Clean and comfortable.

The desk clerk said she didnt have my on line reservation. Said, I didnt have one I Had to ask for Wi-Fi to show (prove) my confirmation number on my booking. She didnt apologize, she was rude to me. I Left and came back late and was asked to move my car ( by the same person ) to the back of the dark building with no back entrance ( my hands were full) maybe should have told me that the free parking had conditions on all the empty spaces? Then the room I had on the third floor had a open part on the window that didnt shut completely ( or broken )so the traffic was horrible noisy the whole time. Forbid I say something!! Then upon leaving my card locked me out while loading up. She (same person ) saw me going and coming and same attitude had to ask her to help reload me card, it wasnt even close to checking out. That was the last straw with her. Not happy with the customer services at all. Been a property manager over 8 years, she lacked professional experience to say the least. Wont be back or suggest this Hotel to anyone.

Stayed for bmx grands

Great place to stay .

Week days workers staying on same floor all you could smell is weed throughout. Not the best as had my kids with me. Other than that good place
