Not a 100% satisfied but will stay at Hampton property again.

Comfortable and roomy

Our room had a shower and no bath. Most likely a handicap room but was not disclosed to us at booking or checkin. Air conditioner was complicated and took us a while to figure out. Staff was not knowledgeable enough to help us either.

The location was close to the Expo Center. The staff did try to help solve the room and facility issues .

One reason we booked the hotel was that it had a pool. The website failed to mention it was closed after Labor Day. Website also showed a smoothie bar for breakfast. No smoothie bar. Our room door was broken and we had to ask staff to let us in the room each time.

The size of the suite was amazing.

The sleeper sofas mattress was paper thin. We stacked the couch cushions underneath the mattress only to find a huge gross stain on the mattress. The extra blankets for the sofa bed were not in the room.
