Eastbournes shops and theatres can be reached in around 10 minutes walk.Guests can relax on the sea-view terrace, and enjoy cocktails. Drinks are also offered at Verandah Bar, and good food and wine is available in the dining room.Limited on-street car-parking in front of the hotel may be available (at an additional cost), with a discount voucher to be collected at check-in. Side street parking is unrestricted but the hotel cannot guarantee parking spaces.

    Views from room fabulous. Excellent location.
    Continental buffet options were ok - bit expensive for undercooked croissants and pain au chocolat. The hot breakfast was a la carte and was alright, could be better. Staff friendly though.

    We have been twice now not that impressed wont go back
    Breakfast we enjoyed staff seemed manic or slow dishwasher not cleaning dishes well. Food good plenty of it Reception very helpful and attentive going the extra mile. Sea view lovely Shower hot and encased well
    Swimming pool and changing room not looked at left to feel dirty Unfortunately damp spot in our room Cold during the night but extra blanket brought quickly shabby curtains in room breakfast dishes felt unclean dishwasher needs help.

    I can't fault the establishment. Exceeded my expectations. Definitely value for money.

    had expected better-live quite local and never stayed before
    Indoor heated swimming pool-open 0700-2130 daily; excellent facility and only other hotel that has one in Eastbourne is The Grand which is 5* and 3 times more expensive to stay at!!
    Oh dear where does one start. Have sent to Hotel whole string of issues to answer and now been given 40 refund .Ranges from stained carpet by bedside /bad bed springing/very ingrained dirt on both windows/tv stand needing better wall bracket that swivels/lift did not easily function -up and down lights not working on 2nd floor/difficulty in getting down to ground floor with no clear signage to reception /instant coffee in a 3* hotel not acceptable in this day and age-should have cafetierre's IF asked for with real coffee/room thermostat far too high-switched 1 radiator off; still took 12 hours to cool down.
