Good place, bad mattress

Good location close to subway and good restaurants, very accommodating with luggage storage and fairly good breakfast.

The quality of the mattress was low and the coffee was quite poor.

Superb

Quiet room, close to harbour and city centre

Very good location close to harbour and city centre. Room relatively new, good sound proofing plus my solo room was facing quiet inner yard. It has lift; not all properties in the area have one. It was excellent, cos you can leave your luggage in a locked storage unit before check in and check out. After check in they provided a separate key to access the property and your luggage (lobby is not always open). I was also lucky to receive my room before check in time.

I would suggest just small improvements; please provide bottle opener in the room or at least in the common areas. I bought a bottle of Corona beer, but was unable to open it up.

Superb

As central to everything as you could get

It's worth remembering that it's on the 3rd floor in an insignificant pretty old building behind a courtyard and the gate is locked on Sundays and evenings. However once you enter through the front door of Beverello Suites it's like walking from ordinary to opulence. Cleanliness throughout and detail in the decoration was noticeable, Staff were smart and efficient, Room was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was varied and fitting for all European nationalities. Location was perfectly central being 7 minutes walk from the Port (and Airport bus stop) and the central funicular. Easy walking distance to all the interesting shopping streets in Naples, A Metro station is meters away if needed.

Very good

Quiet room near the ferry and good dining.

Great location near the ferry terminals. Very quiet rooms. There are numerous good dining options nearby. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff. The room was very clean.

The entrance to the hotel has s a little awkward having to get buzzed in.
