Disappointing

Not worth it

Friendly staff and close to old town

The bathroom constantly smelled like poop. It made me so nauseous that I couldn't use it. I notified the staff, but they couldn't seem to fix it. The deluxe room didn't look like the photos, and there was no usable balcony. No mirrors outside the bathroom and poor lighting.

Rooms were clean and modern. There was 2 pools to choose from aswell which are nice and big. Staff were lovely and helpf

Rooms were clean and modern. There was 2 pools to choose from aswell which are nice and big. Staff were lovely and helpful. Good location as the old town is a 10 minute walk away. Ideal if you want a quiet stay somewhere in Phuket old town.

Great facilities

The facilities were excellent: everything worked and it was clean.

The staff was friendly but not particularly helpful: no maps to explore around, their English was very limited, nobody offered me a shuttle from the airport when booking which would have helped loads. I booked a room with a double bed and they said that I had been upgraded but I was given a room with two beds which is not what I wanted.
