    Really dissapointed
    It was extremely dark at night with almost little to no even low guide lights to help navigate around the property. The staff was short and ride, and there is no wifi. I'm used to Big Sur having little service, but most cabins or properties offer wifi and no where on the website does it specifically state it's not offered.

    The owner claims "Heating" as a general amenity. All photos have fireplaces. My cabin was cold.
    Nice plan in the woods.
    There is no fireplace or heater in the cabin. It's cold as hell.

    The coast and redwoods are majestic.
    There was no indication the cabins were neither heated nor insulated and while the bathrooms were supposed to be "shared," I assumed this meant shared among the three potential guests, not the broader camping community. While we were able to brave one night without heat, it bottomed out at 40 degrees and we elected to stay at another location. Neither the property nor booking were especially compassionate about our situation and I was not reimbursed for the night I did not stay. I would not stay here again.

    Since we had very bad feeling at the beginning everything was ruined, the guy at kiosk was very unkind and rude with my 3 years old baby ! We never seen this kind of behavior with little kid in our whole life , he scared my little one and ruined our trip
