    The property was stunning. The view was gorgeous, and the lemons were delightful to pick.
    Jacuzzi does not bubble, and there is no bathtub stopper.

    Then room was clean an bed was comfortable.
    This second time I've stayed there and I won't do it again. The TV had no access for the 1st day or the internet didn't work same thing happened before. Four different people complained about it. They need to update there system. There are no guide line on how to even work the heater. You shouldn't have to go through all this. Never again..

    Nice decor but lacks refinement and good lighting.
    The property had been renovated in mid century decor and looked great. Staff was pleasant.
    Unfortunately the new heating unit did not work but we were switched to another room. Its disappointing that the bathrooms were not upgraded and the lighting was too minimal.

    Came to town for Carmel High School class reunion. Was an amazing time and perfect place to stay.
    I always choose this property. Clean, peaceful, warm atmosphere and friendly staff. Close to everything Carmel Valley.

    Facilities are nice with a good pool and table tennis table. Close to restaurants in the Valley.
    Bathroom is in desperate need of an upgrade. The sliding door to our courtyard did not close or lock properly. Room was set to 88 degrees when we got in which was unbearably uncomfortable. Settled down by the time we went to sleep but took a while to cool down with the hot day.

    Great value comfortable motel right in Carmel Valley
    Large, very clean room. Comfortable beds. Air-conditioning. Private patio that led directly to the pool - great! Well-located in the centre of Carmel Valley. Nice pastries in the morning. Relatively good value for money. Will definitely come back!
    The hot tub was unfortunately being serviced. A wider breakfast selection would have been good.

    Stay was great with a good price from Booking.com on the day I wanted to stay.
    Comfy bed and pillow. Large room with many updates and suffient amounts of soap, towels and coffee.
    Nice updates to property but one area at night was completely dark... staff said they were working on improving the night time lighting.. Toilet bolt was missing cap and shower head was not adjustable... these did not cause my stay to be any less comfortable but worth noting for maintenance staff.
