Will come back for sure!

Very beautiful place and location. Modern. Very nice stuff - lady on the reception checked if there was a table at the restaurant nearby before our arrival, which was really nice. Everything at the breakfast was delicious.

Very Small window in the room, far from city center about 6 mins drive not easy to walk to the city center. Taxi coming to the hotel are expensive, no food service and restaurant close on Tuesdays and we were not informed cause there is no other restaurants close to the hotel if you wanted to eat. Front desk close at 8 PM

Relaxing hotel, rooms are big but the room I was at has small window, restaurant in the hotel is excellent, amazing view on city Lugano

Lovely spacious room with view on the lake. Helpful and very friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet.

Wifi barely worked in our apartment, bathrooms could have had more than one product for shower

Overly Pet friendly but staff were excellent and facilities were very good.

Did not appreciate that large dogs were permitted to roam freely including during meal time. Not everyone wants to eat at a table and be in constant presence of someone elses pet. If taking the train, get off at Paradiso, not Lugano.
