Perfect location and very big modern rooms
Beautiful and modern hotel with big, fresh, new rooms, that is right on the first line of the seaside. Perfect for people who want to enjoy quick access to the beach. Great for family vacation! During our 10 days stay we did not meet any negative aspects. Thank you!

Nice hotel, but run too much like a Ballerman hotel .
I had submitted a request for a parking space near the hotel. This was also neatly arranged. Had to clearly ask for it.
The room was quite large and nice big balcony.
Despite requesting a room close to the elevator (due to walking restrictions), I was given a room in the furthest corner of the hotel. Upon inquiry it appeared that the hotel had not been booked out. The room was above the container storage areas and staff entrance, no view etc.
Due to this room in the far corner, the internet was also not optimal. Often no connection.
When checking in, clearly ask about wellness options. I have to report to the pool boy and he will provide a towel.
When I wanted to use the wellness, it turned out to be closed and only open in the morning.

Exceptional hotel.
Great location to the beach and very friendly staff. Food selection in the buffet restaurant was exceptional.
The safe in the bedroom is an additional charge, I found this quite unusual and expensive at 5 euro a day, other hotels we stayed in during this holiday provided the safe for free.

Very nice hotel with an amazing breakfast with a great variety. The room was big and well equiped and the bed comfortable. We stayed here to go to the PortAventura park and it was a nice walk to get there from the hotel.
