    Great rooms, few pools to choose from, within to everywhere including the beach, plenty of food options if you have meals included. Great value for money too!

    Loved the several pool options, reception very helpful when taxi needed. Also plenty of nice relaxing places to sit in the lobby. views from rooftop fabulous . Shower was lovely and shower gels etc provided good quality
    Air conditioning never worked in my room. Fake grass on balcony, couldn't see how it would be kept clean, also couldn't lock sliding doors.

    Room a little basic but to be honest thats what we paid for so not really anything to complain about

    The hotel ticked every box although it was a short stay for us so we would love to come back for a longer stay.
    Lovely room and the fact there were 4 choices of pools and also chill out areas in the lobby area.
    The balcony was ok the small side.

    Food was nice and varied! Bit chaotic at times in the dining room! Some lovely staff members
    One member of staff young male at the dinner service was so rude it was unbelievable! When asked for a high chair he pointed to where they were while the mother struggled to carry it and her child Bathroom a little dated could do with a freshen up!

    - Good half board price, decent selection, tasty food - classic accommodation, meets expectations - 4 pools very nice, only very cold water, at least 1 pool could be heated. Nice roof terrace with pool and view - close to the center, but quiet accommodation, - nice evening program
    - the hotel does not offer parking, but you can find parking on the street after a while - it is not possible to make a hotel bill during the stay, every drink has to be paid immediately at every bar, quite annoying - cold pools - sometimes a queue for breakfast, the staff didn't keep up much, mainly the gentleman just stands at the entrance and does nothing, while he could help the staff, the queue even for 15 minutes

    we did not expect a lot, but the hotel exceeded out expectations! Super clean, great breakfast, a lot of swimming pools, great view from the top. location is also very convenient. Great place to stay in Salou both for beach and park visits.
    that kids can not enjoy the view from the swimming pool as they are not allowed there. the rest was ok.

    Lovely clean hotel with everything you need. Some lovely staff here who will take of you. It's a busy holiday hotel for all tourists seeking the holiday relax and fun. I wouldn't say it's a cultural holiday stay by any means - so bare this in mind. Clean rooms, comfy, spacious. Roof top bar nice. like other reviews, you might have to negotiate your way for a sun lounger in busy times and DEFO prepare yourself to queue for your food if you're a half/full board. Good food choice though... Plenty to go round... Worth actually walking to the other end of Salou and using the quieter end of beach!!! Trust me - take the tip!

    It's just not my favourite way to holiday - resort style and To queue for food and be in the touristy end of a resort. You have to purchase water - they don't let you take your own.
