A big mistake to book with this hotel

The location is good, well connected with local buses.It is close to the beach.

The room's sound proof is poor, it is not suitable for a family with young kids. The staffs in the bar were rude, and the bar manager didn't care. Two single beds were provided when a double bed was booked. The room is next to a show stage when a quiet room was requested. The dinning room is over crowded and it was difficult to find a table at some stages. The TV issues was not fixed till the second day we checked.

Superb

Great for sleeping after a day full of port aventura

The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our reported issues, except for see below.

They werent very eco-friendly because they changed towels every day, even though we never let them on the floor as stated.

Unclean room, environment - noise in yard after 22.00 exceeds 80 dB when permitted level is 50-55 dB after 20.00 in open space in Catalonia, no noise protection from other rooms, awful management of catering - all crowd of guests is supposed to come at the same time for breakfast and dinner which is resulting in long lines for food and overcrowded dining space. Poor choice and quality of food for breakfast and dinner. Unfriendly personnel at the reception and in the restaurant (dining space)

Fresh feel rooms- but I would not want to ever go through the dining experience again.

Staff were very good on arrival. The location is good. The food was generally good. The room was nice and bright - recently updated and felt 'fresh'.

Room could have done with a sheet - it only had a duvet which was too hot on and too cold off ! The dining experience was not good. The system was 'old school' que up style.So you had to go round the whole serving area even if you only wanted the item at the end of the serving area. It made it too cramped and uncomfortable...and impossible to look at what the choices were - this definitely needs a re-think. It took us nearly 15 minutes to get from the end of the que to the finish...this also meant that if an item ran out while following the que round then it was just bad luck. They also did not have enough staff to deal with the numbers of people - and this was low season...I dread to think of high season.
