    Great modern hotel on the beach
    Second time we've stayed because of its quiet peaceful location outside of Salou main town and it's right on the beautiful beach. The food was excellent as usual and always replenished with so much choice. The beds and rooms were very comfortable with great sea view from the balcony
    The bathroom was a bit tired compared to last time with the bath to shower tap not functioning properly, the plug in the sink was also broken. A couple of the catering staff not clearing tables in the morning but standing chatting to each other instead. We couldn't find a table at dinner sometimes, when we did find one we were promptly ordered (not asked) to move to a smaller table as it was a family table. Then the waiting staff didn't come to us to take our drinks order, we complained after waiting 20 minutes and were rudely served our drinks by having the bottle slammed on the table as if we were a nuisance. Not the way to treat paying guests and we're were upset by their hostility. The waiting staff seemed under a lot of stress due to how busy it was. I'd suggest waiting staff to bring guests to their tables in the future to prevent this. We got an apology and a free drink from the manager for the upset caused, which was much appreciated.

    Brilliant location, all staff were nice and friendly.Rooms need an upgrade
    Location, rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels and staff very friendly.
    The music was quite loud at night its not the best if you have young children, also we could hear our neighbours flush the toilet so the walls are paper thin and rooms are tiny! Toilets at the pool should definitely be looked at more throughout the day as they got really dirty and smelly!

    Had a great time.
    Entertainment was an added bonus i hadn't expected. really enjoyed it. The pool was great, with some fun entertainment during the day, Great location right next to beach.
    We did not pre book full board. However we ate in the first night, but the buffet restaurant was a bit manic. Ate out after that. Getting a sun bed by the pool was a bit of a mission so we tended to go to the beach, which was lovely.

    Getting a table was very difficult.not enough staff clearing tables.we had to clear them ourselves.not enough tea makers there.no melons last 3 days of our stay

    Cleaners noisey early morning. Can hear next door toilet flushing and shower . Breakfast ok. Swimming pool is freezing .
