Nice cozy stay with the heritage feel

Lovely view of the waterfront. Friendly staff. Shaun was very friendly. The kitchen staff were also very helpful.

Excellent room, cordial staff at the reception. Need to provide better value for the money though.

Room was excellent as the receptionist gave us a special room with rooftop bed. The cook was missing to order any food in the evening. Location is good but your settings is not half as good as the one shown online.

Food availability. No value for money when you compare the prices against that of Star Hotels like Taj who charge more or less at the same level.

To summarise the stay was made bearable solely because of the staff, they were very helpful and and cheerful and never d

the staff was the highlight of the stay, even though we checked out a day early the staff made it bearable.

It has changed drastically since bloom took over the property, it has lost its finesse and that overall 4-star worthy experience. Then menu has been downgraded from the lavish options we had the last time we stayed to the most basic options you would see in a lodge or a 2-star hotel. Other facilities also lay in ruins like the swimming pool, the traders deck and the grill on the outside where the restaurant used to thrive back then
