Pleasant

It's not value for money. Long way from the airport . No shuttle service to and fro from airport. Hotel charges more for the excursions

Room is very old. Room housekeeping is very bad. Towels and Bed is not very clean. Totally untidy rooms and the staff is not organised and deciplined. The bath area is not clean, and even the bath towels and the pillow cover and bedding is bad.

Enjoyed our stay here, and the friendly staff - worth a visit

The resort is beautiful, set on the beach in beautifully manicured gardens, and has a lovely large pool and smaller one nearer to our room. The beach front location was a great spot to lay on the sunbeds and watch the beach life carry on. Every meal I had with them was 'my favourite yet', and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Free use of the watersport equipment was also a good touch.

They could have managed our expectations on check in better - we advised as to arrival time (approx 9am) and they said on our arrival that check in was 2pm, but they would prioritise our room cleaning. We actually didnt get into our room until 1.50pm - which didnt feel like much of a priorty. We had half board, and didnt really like the way you felt a bit forced to pay to upgrade to all inclusive.

Disappointing

I will not return in this hotel

The style of forniture, building, pool and garden is very nice and well deployed in term of size of the gardens.

Bathroom is quite old, mixers and taps are not cleaned with anti-scale product, so they look dirty, same for tiles in the shower. Never seen this so badly managed in other 5 stars hotel. Service and food are not at 5 stars level, it is like in a standard 4 stars hotel. Salty dishes are still acceptable, but dessert are not good at all.

Superb

The location. Is beautiful. The food was delicious but what made it were the staff. They are all so genuinely friendly and looked after us so well. They are an asset to Bluebay Beach resort
