    It wasnt clean! Rude staff The cleaning lady open the door while we were still inside. No facilities at all. Worst 4star experience ever!

    The rooms were pleasantly decorated.
    There were no overhead ceiling lights,so it was difficult to see inside the wardrobes when it was dark. The dining room was far too small. The food stations were too close to each other. The food was average.

    Excellent weekend break.
    Located in a quiet area, easy to find, plenty of parking, staff were very friendly and helpful - less the bar man. Receptionist was excellent on our arrival, plenty of sun beds. Room was spotless on arrival. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. Ideally located for a walk into Protaras or Pernera

    It doesn't meet the expectations for a 4-star rating; the room was quite basic with no bathrobes, slippers, coffee machine, or body lotion, which is typically expected in a hotel of this caliber. The cups were dirty, and the bed squeaked. On a positive note, the breakfast had a good variety. During breakfast, my husband burned his hand, but the hotel couldn't provide any assistance, only suggesting the address of the nearest pharmacy.

    I would go again.
    We were upgraded to the bungalow. It's a lovely room. The most of the staff and the manager were friendly!

    Very happy overall for the price we paid, and we were upgraded to a seaview room on the 4th floor for free
    Clean, modern, spacious, great breakfast with plenty of choice, on-site parking, good room sound-proofing, quiet and effective air-conditioning, good shower
    Foam mattress - too soft and hot for my tastes. My partner found it more comfortable than me but did comment he found it too warm too. This is a common typical problem with foam mattresses.

    Wonderful holiday with my teenagers
    Great location minutes away from a nice beach, shops, restaurants and from bus stop taking you to other beautiful beaches, waterworld and Agia Napa centre. Great pool and sunbeds are always available. Lovely calm atmosphere around the pool. Evening entertainment at the bar. Pool table and table tennis. Helpful staff at the front desk who were always available.
    Bacon at breakfast was not very nice, but there was a nice selection of pastries, cereal, eggs, sausages, baked beans. Nice selection of cold and hot drinks.
