Superb

The service provided by staff and the location of the hotel been very central.

The bathroom door didn't open fully as the toilet blocks it from opening, an keeps banging onto it when u try to open the door

Clean, modern and the food was fantastic.

Pool area was lovely but perhaps a touch small but didnt take away from how good the hotel was overall.

I can't find one negative thing regarding my stay, from the accommodation, the food, the staff (which by the way were Excellent) right down from cleaning staff to management!! I will definitely be booking to stay next year.

great location and comfortable rooms but feel that this hotel is aimed at couples rather than families due to too small

Fantastic location on the strip close to beach, bars and restaurants

Adults only pool! Its fine to have an adults only pool if you have an adequately sized pool for kids but the kids pool is nowhere near big enough to accommodate kids, inflatables and ball games. Its a shame that my teenage sons aged 13/15 were told to get out of the adults pool when they were just cooling off. They didnt appreciate having to swim in a pool that is too small and shallow for them to have fun. I also think that if youre going to implement no kids in the adults pool then it needs to be monitored continuously throughout the day as I saw plenty of teenagers in there during our stay but they were not asked to get out as my sons were.

The best hotel in Cyprus

First of all I would like to thank the hotel and the management. We booked a standard room, but they upgraded us to a superior with seaview. The staff were amazing, very helpful any time and very polite. We felt like home. The room and the whole hotel were very clean. The location is perfect, you can find everything close to the hotel. A lot of parking spaces are nearby, which is very important. We had breakfast and dinner, the food was amazing and there was a huge variety of food. Different events are going on almost every day, which are very joyful. There are 2 pools, one for adults and one for kids, very comfortable a lot of space for everyone and there is also a bar. Very relaxing and peaceful. There was a spa, and we tried it. The people there were professionals and we had a great time with good prices. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in Cyprus all these years, and it's definitely the best one!
