    The location is great and they let us in the room before check in time.
    The room had a moldy smell (it only had a window to the hallway), especially the bathroom that had a ventilator that didn't help much. There was also a leak from the bottom of the sink that wet the bathroom floor. The mattress was extremely not comfortable. Overall for one night and considering the price, if you can get a room with a window it can be considered nonetheless.

    It was so nice to stay there.
    The location was really good. we had a big couple bathroom. it's at the central. the host family is so kind. the room is new and very clean.
    the window isn't so good. It's a bit noisy outside and the window doesn't help much. the host needs to improve it.

    The location The comfy beds Clean bathroom TV with English Channel (we were unwell so this was a treat in the evenings) The AC unit worked well for heat
    Never really saw any staff so felt like we couldnt get help with recommendations on activities and transport.

    This hotel really close to downtown of Sapa. Really close to Sun Plaza , terminal to Fansipan. Staff really nice and can speak english and they can operate local tour or else. We are family with adult kids with 2 rooms. Here really good price when compare with others nearby. Plus super clean and has elevator but no breakfast included. It s not problem becoz too much local restaurants around that. Super!!

    Spacious room, strategic location, bery close from down town and Zalo the hotel manager was really warm and helpful. She allowed me to early check in as my arrival time in Sapa at around 5.30. Anyway, I guest I had carelessly left one of my t-shirt in the bedroom and it wasn't included in my luggage. I realized it when I opened all my belongings when I arrived in Hanoi

    Location is good, personnel was nice, beds are comfy.
    The bathroom was not clean. There was mold and hair (not mine) everywhere. I also found a used towel in the closet. The room smelled like mold, which you could also see on the ceiling.
